Ordered item at 19:45 on a Saturday evening, received it at 11:10 Sunday morning was kept up to date with texts & phone calls, delivery driver was polite and helpful. I have recommened AO.com to a lot of friends.

I received this microwave with great anticipation only to be disappointed as soon as I tried the so called auto defrost program that doesn't work the manual says to multi press the defrost button to bring up several menus for different foods the microwave says no just the one program phoned Samsung to no avail engineer came out and after changing all the circuits in the microwave turned round and said it must be a translation error in the manual
