I received this microwave with great anticipation only to be disappointed as soon as I tried the so called auto defrost program that doesn't work the manual says to multi press the defrost button to bring up several menus for different foods the microwave says no just the one program phoned Samsung to no avail engineer came out and after changing all the circuits in the microwave turned round and said it must be a translation error in the manual

Quiet and easy to clean, one of the best microwaves I've owned!

Very quick delivery, product performs as good as it looks . would recommend this microwave. Only 1 downside is you can't see the food when its cooking !
