Broken after 5 months. AO will tell you to go to Samsung whose customer service will take an hour of your time and ask you if you’ve shut the door properly. Good luck

Came defective no more of these in stock so another brand replacing

This microwave made loud noises since the day I took it out the box . Still waiting for an engineer to come out and fix .ao passed the buck onto Samsung therefore NOT a happy customer.

Arrived, didn't work, phoned AO for this to be sorted, promised a call back the next day, no call, a week later and I chased up, apologies received and three weeks after delivery someone is calling out to have a look at it. Wanted it for Christmas - no joy. Product and after sales hopeless.

I received this microwave with great anticipation only to be disappointed as soon as I tried the so called auto defrost program that doesn't work the manual says to multi press the defrost button to bring up several menus for different foods the microwave says no just the one program phoned Samsung to no avail engineer came out and after changing all the circuits in the microwave turned round and said it must be a translation error in the manual

What is the purpose of a Microwave? Its to warm food. This microware looks good i give it that. But when it comes to warming food its a let down. A good microwave should take 3 - 5min to warm a plate of food. Using this microwares it takes 5 - 8 mins. I did a test with popcorn. My old Microware took less that a minute for popcorn to be made. But this Microware to took up to 2mins. I would not recommend this Microwares.

Not the best Microwave I have used. Seems to be irregular with heating times. The contents do not show clearly through the closed door during operation. It does the job. Good size.
