Really pleased with this appliance. The clock was easy to set and it is easy to clean, especially after my last one which had a mirror door! It cooks and defrosts brilliantly so overall a very good buy.

this product didnt work. very dissatisfied. not even the microwave on the box

Much quieter than the Russell Hobbs microwave it replaced. One minor annoyance though, when the child lock is on the time isn't shown.

Arrived, didn't work, phoned AO for this to be sorted, promised a call back the next day, no call, a week later and I chased up, apologies received and three weeks after delivery someone is calling out to have a look at it. Wanted it for Christmas - no joy. Product and after sales hopeless.

This microwave is exactly what I needed. It looks stylish, is neat and smart looking, easy to clean and cooks really well and evenly.

I spent a bit of time reading reviews on the various microwaves and, wanting only a basic one to suit a single bloke, this really seemed a great choice. The colour is really good and the internal ceramic coating is a real bonus which is probably the swaying factor. The owners manual is fairly good and it didn't take long to get going. The cooking does seem very even and I don't get the burned on ring that my last one did. The only real criticism is that the hinges as a bit creaky if you don't open the door from a central point on the handle. Glad i spent the money.

Arrived quickly, and advised on the day what time it would get here, all very efficient. The microwave looks really good and is easy to use, selecting the microwave option and then turning the dial to set the time needed. It runs very quietly which makes a nice change. I also like the fact that it has an eco function which means that you can turn the display off when needed. I don't cook very technical things in it, mostly pre cooking baking potatoes, reheating beans and ready meals but it is nice to use.
