I have had several Neff appliances over the years and have always recommended others to Neff. However our 8 year old warmind drawer gave up so we bought another Neff one. The first one arrived with a faulty door catch and did not close. The second one arrived which did work but the build and quality is inferior to my older appliances. I would not recommend Neff to anybody now. AO where very good.

It is a warming drawer and does what is suppsed to do. You have to be careful with the "push" closure. it isn easy to push it too hard and it tnen springs open again

Useful addition to the kitchen, saves putting on the grill or oven on to warm some plates or bowls.

Really good useful addition to my kitchen especially when entertaining - couldn’t be without it!

Looks good, fits perfectly in space left by our old one. Only drawback for me is the weight of crockery that it holds as we have heavy plates. However we knew that when we bought it.
