Don’t waste your money,we bought it in Dec 2018 and just used it for warming up the food, it’s now making very scary noise and better to put it away due to explosion and health and safety,the materials inside are also burnt out and peeling off,you will have 1 year guarantee that doesn’t cover the problems after that,It is really shameful I took photos of ours if I can upload here you will see the disaster. I honestly don’t know about hundreds of comments but this is what happened to our microwaves and I can’t believe other comments to be true or real people.very disappointed

Very dangerous microwave - brought in Dec 2019, worked fine for first 5 months then started sparking inside, wont heat anything but liquids - everything else causes the sparking after 5-10 seconds, smoke starts coming off the wave guide (which is the square bit that looks like paper on the inside). This now has scorch marks. Panasonic will not refund or exchange - very poor customer service from them.

My previous Panasonic microwave died after years of use and, recently, with the daughter and boyfriend returning from Uni, abuse. This one is slightly smaller which gives us a little more worktop space and it's a piece of cake to operate. I wanted reasonable power, 800W is perfect. The main criteria though was that it could accommodate a standard dinner plate and...... a tall, one pint mug to reheat tea! Looking good so far and based on previous experience no reason to expect anything but years of solid service.

Very functional - haven't quite worked out all the buttons yet but no doubt I will. Looks smart and is not too big.

This is the third Panasonic microwave we have had. The previous ones have served us very well so we had no hesitation in replacing them with the same but updated model. Very satisfied.

Lovely microwave. Some people reviewed it as small. For me, it is the right size. Looks great in the kitchen. I am used to 800 watts, which encouraged me to purchase this one. Love it. So far so good

Fits perfectly in my kitchen. Looks high tech but is actually very easy to use. Smart looking as well. Very happy with my purchase.
