I would give zero stars if possible. The microwave soon ends up soaking wet. Whether it's 30 sec or 30 mins, on any temperature it soon ends up with puddles of water under the plate and the sides are saturated. On occasion the water pours out into worktop when I open the door. Panasonic state this is standard and normal for microwaves and I'm using it wrong......60yrs old, this is NOT my first microwave!!!!

This is already faulty like the previous one , haven’t got around to solving it as you have to go through manufactures Not AO after a month ??

The service was great, but, the inside of the microwave is BLACK!!! And the light isn’t always on. Very difficult to see anything inside. ??????????

The microwave works well although the rotating plate keeps falling off the central spindle, but - The BIG problem is the microwave soon ends up flooded as the steam produced doesn't seem to exit the microwave, so you're constantly mopping it up inside. When I rang Panasonic directly, I was told this is standard! I've never had a microwave do this before. I won't ever buy Panasonic again!

Steer well clear of this product. We had two (one a replacement) in the space of a week and both virtually blew up with smoke emerging. Identical fault both times. Scorch marks on doors. Panasonic were adamant we were at fault and not the machine - which is rubbish. We KNOW how to work a microwave, no problems in previous 30+ years. Their customer service and lack of empathy were hideously poor. The result, we won't buy Panasonic ever again

The delivery went without a hitch. The one star rating is because the published cavity dimensions do not match the actual dimensions. The cavity is smaller than published by 35% , so instead of 20 litres it’s only 12.5. Panasonic may well claim that the cavity should be measured differently but we used the exact internal sizes to calculate the available capacity. This is a little microwave oven which can just take a pyrex jug standing upright, but nothing taller. If a larger oven is needed then go to the High Street and check, don’t rely on published measurements.

Product seemed fine when it arrived but has stopped working after a week am not very happy with this

We’ve been using this microwave for a little over 4 months and we’re really disappointed with it. We’ve had to double the time we put items in for and even then they’re not always ready. Not often I leave negative reviews for things but I’m really sad over this purchase!
