Would definitely recommend this compact, easy to use microwave.It is stylish and seems to do the job well. Bought on recommendation of Which Best Buy.

Just bought this Panasonic 20 Litre Microwave just to uprate to a new Panasonic as the one we have is over 25 years old and still going but its quite large for just the two of us now. No point in changing to another brand when we can trust in Panasonic.

The one it replaced was 900 watts this one is 800 watts so I was a bit apprehensive, but have so far used the same times for the same results so does not seem to take any longer to do the same job. The best part is that it is so easy to use, specially compared to a built in one I once had you had to be a computer programmer to use it.

Cons : Like most modern microwaves it - Needs the door shut to turn off the light; When cooking, need to press start after closing door; When finished, gives 5 piercing beeps even if you open the door after the first one.

Smart, compact and easy to use. Perfect microwave for what my parents wanted.

Only had this one week but happy with it so far. The size is perfect for my small kitchen and the colour black looks well. Seems sturdy enough so hope to get more than 4 years out of it like I did with my last one which was a Delonghi. Prior to that I had a whirlpool microwave for 15 years can you believe. They don't seem to make things to last these days.

It's a microwave, and does what you expect a microwave should do! I bought it because my previous microwave gave up the ghost. So far (1 week on) no real complaints. Not 5 starts because this is my second Panasonic microwave and the previous one only lasted 2 years (with a warranty of 1 year). If it lasts more than 3 years I will give it 5 stars.
