So far, I am happy with the product. It is more powerful but quieter than my previous microwave. Takes up a bit more room, which matters in a tiny kitchen!

You can tell the build quality is good and the auto features actually work. I like that it's so quiet too. Great buy.

We specifically wanted a Stainless steel one however its only the front that's S/Steel not the inside be warned

Neat, easy to use controls and well lit cooking. I give it only four stars because the LED display is difficult to read when looking down on the microwave positioned on a worktop. Also, I would have preferred, if I could simply open the door and the microwave automatically stopped rather than having to push a button to release the door and then open it (necessitating two actions).

Easy to use but turntable rattles a bit due to design of the plate rotating mechanism. Love the flush fitting dial with press action to pop out or push back into slot.

Product great except for the packaging. On opening the box the glass turntable was in a recess in the styrofoam packaging. It had not been secured and immediately on lifting the packaging out of the box the glass plate fell out and smashed on the tile floor. I spoke to your help line and your agent agreed to get the manufacturers to replace this direct to me f.o.c. a week ago. I have not yet received it and cannot yet use the microwave. I could probably get a replacement within 24hrs on line.

Great microwave, just the right size for large plates. However, plays havoc with my radio when in use, even though it’s about 6ft away

Not tested any of the recipes but it has done the job for me so far
