Had an old one of these and replaced when getting new kitchen. Like the slightly bigger plate and that fact this is a verty simple microwave. I only heat stuff up in the mictowave so don't need all the other features. The old one was a wedding present, so 24 years old. Hoping this one last as well as that one!

Product great except for the packaging. On opening the box the glass turntable was in a recess in the styrofoam packaging. It had not been secured and immediately on lifting the packaging out of the box the glass plate fell out and smashed on the tile floor. I spoke to your help line and your agent agreed to get the manufacturers to replace this direct to me f.o.c. a week ago. I have not yet received it and cannot yet use the microwave. I could probably get a replacement within 24hrs on line.
