F05 straight from factory, technical support were not very helpful. AO we’re very professional in dealing with my returned product.

Worked perfectly to start with, after 2 months the seal went and now a complete electrical failure, the engineer said he had "repaired a few of them" already.

It doesn't clean properly and nothing stacks and stays where it should plus its bigger than advised and doesn't fit my integrated cupboards as promised now I can't arrange an exchange either! Don't buy this.

This was not the original machine that I ordered and due to AO failing on my delivery, I was pressured into accepting an inferior model. Not happy. This model has not 60 degree short cycles… and it’s very clunky controls.

Very slow like nearly 3 hours for most cycles and no info in instructions about how long programmes take. Who wants to spend all day waiting for the washing to happen and then too late to put it out on line. This is not an improvement at all. It does seem to wash better but at expense of time

I'm not overly impressed with this machine you can't use the full spin on the 45 min wash and also can't do a 60 degrees wash on 45 min and even though I add comfort at the start of the cycle it's has if there is no softener in the clothes when removing them after the cycle has finished

Washing cycles are far too long - 4 hours for a 60 degree wash. Wouldn't recommend.

I wasn't happy with the feet on this washer as the floor it was installed on needed one of them screwing out quite a bit. As there is no locking nuts on the adjustable feet it wasn't very stable so I returned the item and purchased the LG from Ao. Fantastic service as always from AO with the return and prompt delivery of the LG replacement with great communication from the drivers.
