Really happy with the dryer. We tend to use the 'eco' programme most, set to extra dry and have had no problems. Takes longer than our old dryer but that was a venter so blew a lot of hot air and was really inefficient, just like the Tories!

If I could leave no stars and go minus I would. Do not buy this one way rotation cold dryer. To be short and blunt . When you want to dry your bed linen you have to keep taking out the duvet and wrestling with a tight ball every 10 minutes do not underestimate how tight it gets and you can only put it in on it’s own as it will drag everything that is in there into its core. I have made a vey expensive mistake please do not make the same. I have no good things to say it also takes a day to dry stuff and if you think that the programs work they do not when you find your best dry time and heat setting you use that one for all

Understand this is new technology but this machine cannot handle a full load of anything. What ever program is used and time says 2 hours for example, multiply that by 3 and after it has finished always keep the door open due to condensation within the machine as water sits in the bottom of the condenser which according to the engineers is perfectly normal. Unfortunately this machine looks good but in the 6 months that we have had this machine 3 callouts and each time over a month for the engineers to arrive we are now stuck with this machine.

I was a little nervous investing in a heat pump dryer at first (hearing about long drying cycles, clothes not drying properly) however this machine is amazing. Having had two condenser dryers in the past that both broke down just outside of the one year warranty period I decided to go for the heat pump option. So far clothes have come out dry every time, the machine is extremely quiet and with its efficiency rating I am hoping to save some money on the electric bill. We are a household of six and the worry of long drying cycles is none existent due to the fact every time the dryer has finished it’s cycles so far the clothes have always come out dry, compared to my condenser dryers that I had to put on multiple times to get the same result. The only downside of this dryer is the duo lint filters, the top one inside the machine un clips very easily and I am concerned that it may eventually stop clipping together and the bottom one is easy enough to clean and change however once you remove it to clean it (which you must do as it blocks up very fast) the heater behind it has lint/dust on it and even trying to gently hoover it does not always clean it properly, so even with two filters the lint is still getting its way down to the machine heater so make sure you stay on top of cleaning it if you purchase this.

I was really worried about switching to a heat pump dryer from our vented model. However the spiralling costs of electricity and improving our households energy rating made us go for this. We have no regrets. The machine is easy to clean and maintain, emptying the water and filters is simple. Our clothes have been completely dry, the machine adjusts the timings as it goes through the cycle to ensure this. We have continued to wash full loads of cottons as we normally would in our busy household of 5, and today completed a King Size Duvet Cover, sheet and pillow cases all with no problem. There are a couple of important points to note with these dryers. 1. Do not open the door during the cycle / you disrupt the whole working of the machine and completely set the heat pump cycle back - peeking in here to check will cause havoc! so we never open the door once it’s started. 2. Expect it to take longer than a vented model, but we are not talking hours & hours longer -just prepare yourself and be patient, be reassured it’s costing you so much less to run, it’s more a consideration of fitting this in within the practicalities of your household.

This tumble dryer is the best! With an AAA energy rating and sooo easy to maintain without any plumbing. Empty cartridge of water (pull out and empty into sink) and clear filter lifted out of the door area - just lifts out and folds open. I am so pleased with this purchase!! Worth the cost!!

Has multiple settings for the type of laundry you want to dry. When in use it’s quiet and sings a cheerful tune when finished. You have the option to change the direction of the door opening which is quite handy. The water tank and filter are easy to maintain when needed. We have seen a difference in how much it costs to run compared to our old one. It’s that good even my husband has started doing the wash and dry loads! 5 stars from me!

The aesthetic of this machine is also great as it ia a very smart addition to my kitchen. And then you get a wide range of programs from cold wash to steam. My wife is disabled and has some continence issues and I have terminal cancer so the cold wash is an excellent money saver and for a standard wash you can't tell the difference.
