I am really pleased with this TV. It's well built, arrived very securely packaged and contained very simple instructions to unpack and fix the legs. The actual set up process was quick and well prompted on the screen and in no time at all it was up and running. This is my first LG TV so the user interface was new to me. It has proved very straightforward, with plenty of options to customise things and I'm still coming across new features the more I use it. Picture and sound quality are great, couldn't be more pleased. It's my first OLED TV and for the price I paid, I'm chuffed to bits. I think it's a great TV and it came with a 5 year guarantee.

LG oled, not much to say these are great tvs, best value for money at present

Excellent service by AO, transparent delivery, even gave us some cuddly toys for the kids, delivered to room, rang us beforehand. No issues with product that is superb.

Brilliant TV for the price

Excellent quality TV & easy set up. Only down side is the feet, too wide for my unit & don’t want it on a wall. But was aware of this at the time of buying & sourced another stand that works well.

Lovely picture quality, but that’s where it ends. The user interface is appallingly bad, using the remote as a mouse is virtually impossible as it jerks around the screen uncontrollably, and inputting text with the remote is just frustratingly slow and cumbersome. I doubt whether this has been tested with ordinary users, and even with my own experience with tech and IT, building and using CNC machines, teaching IT etc, setting up and using this TV is not a pleasant experience. Do not buy this TV - get a Sony or a Samsung or indeed any other make you like. If I hadn’t paid so much money for it I would have chucked it in the bin.

Good tv, easy to attach brackets. Kids will show me how to find my way about menus and apps

We are in our 60s so a huge screen with all the up to date tech was not what we were looking for. The screen is easy to navigate once you get used to it. This TV is perfect for us. The picture quality is excellent. The colours are vivid and everything is so clear. The sound is also good, it's not tinny so no need for a sound bar, unless of course you watch loads of films and want to have surround sound with all the noise etc.
