Brilliant hoover best I’ve had makes carpet look like new. Easy to use no a big heavy hoover like some. Would definitely recommend

Bought this as a replacement for a previous Shark model (Shark DuoClean with Powered Lift Away NV801UK) which I'd had for 5 years with no issues. The suction on this model is too strong and not practically adjustable, rendering this impossible to use on a carpet with any kind of pile. The flimsy plastic switch that allows you to adjust from 'max' to 'min' suction on the handle moves barely an inch. On hard surfaces or a carpet with no pile, this works a treat, but on carpets with a pile it is almost impossible to push along (I'm talking two hands, putting your whole weight behind it and becomes a major workout in itself).

Really good lightweight. Good suction and tools are great
