Love my new shark. Only had dyson for last 20years. Only one criticism its very light so when using wand it sometimes topples over. Maybe due to being so used to the heavy weight of my dyson. Otherwise great.

I absolutely love it! I can’t believe how much this has picked up and I had a Dyson before this. Although it seems small compared to the Dyson it is so much more efficient. It’s manoeuvrable and easy to use on stairs with the lift away - it doesn’t feel heavy. The powered pet tool is brilliant I got so much dog hair off the stairs even though I couldn’t see it. It’s great in hard floors too and picks up rather tha pushes bits around. I wish the capacity was bigger on the dust cup as I’ve had to empty it every time I’ve used it!
