This is so powerful, I had to turn the power down for the carpets as it was lifting them up! The pet tool is great and gets those stubborn hairs off. The only negative thing about this is the weight which makes it a little difficult doing the stairs on your own, if you’ve got a helper then there’s no problems! I would recommend this to anyone who has pets.

As usual.the best hover on market and at price can't beat....only down shame pet hair head so small..double it to size of airmax head...but I'd still buy again .

Really pleased with my recent purchase - pet hair attachment works really well to get dog hairs of carpets. Had a „normal“ Henry before but he was quite old - this one is much better - thank you :-)

Brilliant, he picks up the dog hairs like a pro, is easy to use on the stairs and I love him. The bags are a reasonable price and last a long time. They are then very easy to dispose of in the dustbin.

Easy to assemble, and portable, only thing with this model is you have only 1 speed as my other standard Henry has 2! the Pet hair brush ok, but not as big as I thought it would be and nothing special about it from any other heads I’ve had with other brands. Very robust, and excellent suck power and cable stretched along way. 4 * for this model
