The Henry Pet 200-11 does everything that it says on the box and more. Great vacuum at a very good price. I would definitely recommend this product. We previously had a very popular make cordless vacuum that cost more than double the price of the Henry and yet we feel that the Henry is a far better product. Ordering from AO meant that we got a really good deal and excellent service. I would also recommend ordering from AO.

A first class machine that picks up pet hair as well as normal dirt, etc . I have two dogs and it has made all the difference, my former vacuum didn't touch the pet hairs, I'm so pleased with my henry pet vacuum.

after buying expensive vacuum cleaners in the past, I decided to see what was out there at a good price and good ratings. this lead me to order the Henry Pet, it was delivered yesterday and I put it to work this morning. Using the 190 Ecobrush that came with it, all I managed to vacuum was the hall way before I found myself having to clean the brush head and the inspection hatch underneath the brush head (without dismantling it), after that the brush head would not work. There was still good suction so no issues of blockage in the suction hose THIS HAS SO FAR TURNED OUT TO BE THE WORST VACUUM CLEANER THAT I HAVE PURCHASED

Have a very large hairy dog which kills most vacuum cleaners. It's simplicity is it's best asset no complicated filters and tubes for hair to block, great suction,large collection bag. Wish I had got one sooner, recommend it to pet owners

I have had numerous pet vacs over the year’s and this has surpassed them all . It has a long reaching nozzle and easy to use on the stairs . Great on carpets and also hard floors . Although it has a bag it is not messy to change and causes less dust than the bag less vacuums

Great product suction is really good, light to carry and utensils good - only negative is storing in back clip a bit clumsy. But is better than old Henry and would highly recommend this vacuum

never mind all the new fangled vacuums; Hettie was old and tired, a bit like myself! Owned and worked hard for over 12 years, numerous cats, a dog and the grandchildren to clean up after. So tried others and went back to a good old reliable smiley faced vac...!

Brilliantl came on time and gets all my pet hair up would highly recommend it
