Really powerful hoover. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Great for pet hair. Easy to use and light enough to pull around with you as you go.

Good suction, cleans well on carpet and hard floors Love Hairobrush, gathers pet hair and other hair Bit cumbersome to lug around but aren't all Henrys?

I bought this following all the other reviews and although it is great I don’t think it compares to my previous pet vacuum. Maybe I will get used to it over time but my initial thoughts are that I miss my old one!

Vacuum is good and does what it promises. Delivery was efficient

The vacuum cleaner does what is required. After renovation work our old machine could no longer cope with fine dust. The new machine is efficient, quiet and has several useful tools to ensure that all surfaces can be accessed. The large bag will not require frequent replacement , even when using the machine often. The only problem has been the ease with which the vacuuming shaft separates from the hose . This is because it is new.

This vacuum cleaner does exactly what it said it will and can do. Cleans very well - not too noisy. The additional tools covers all types of cleaning situation from light to deep clean. A really good all rounderPatsy

Easy to assemble, and portable, only thing with this model is you have only 1 speed as my other standard Henry has 2! the Pet hair brush ok, but not as big as I thought it would be and nothing special about it from any other heads I’ve had with other brands. Very robust, and excellent suck power and cable stretched along way. 4 * for this model

Paid £10 extra for Henry PET but not sure it's significantly different or better than Harry? Chose this model as it promised onboard tool storage but the reality is slots for just 2 tools on the back of the body - the rest will no doubt get lost in the back of the cupboard. Haven't yet figured out how to hoover the stair carpet as the vacuum tips over once I stretch the hose above 5 steps.
