great cleaner, but I thought the tools were supposed to be "on board" - I haven't yet worked out where on board they are stored when not in use

Fantastic product, we own a shark hoover as well which is great but we needed something with just a little more power as we have 2 short hair short hair dogs. Its a little heavy and a clumsy shape so not really suitable for going up and down stairs put perfect for when doing a deep clean rather than just a quick once over.

The Henry Pet 200-11 does everything that it says on the box and more. Great vacuum at a very good price. I would definitely recommend this product. We previously had a very popular make cordless vacuum that cost more than double the price of the Henry and yet we feel that the Henry is a far better product. Ordering from AO meant that we got a really good deal and excellent service. I would also recommend ordering from AO.

I love Henry Pet. He’s ace!! Amazing value for money and not too heavy. I even don’t mind him staring at me and smiling when he’s stuck on a corner

A first class machine that picks up pet hair as well as normal dirt, etc . I have two dogs and it has made all the difference, my former vacuum didn't touch the pet hairs, I'm so pleased with my henry pet vacuum.

Easy to assemble, lots of tools included, hoovers up everything, great at getting rid of cat hair

after buying expensive vacuum cleaners in the past, I decided to see what was out there at a good price and good ratings. this lead me to order the Henry Pet, it was delivered yesterday and I put it to work this morning. Using the 190 Ecobrush that came with it, all I managed to vacuum was the hall way before I found myself having to clean the brush head and the inspection hatch underneath the brush head (without dismantling it), after that the brush head would not work. There was still good suction so no issues of blockage in the suction hose THIS HAS SO FAR TURNED OUT TO BE THE WORST VACUUM CLEANER THAT I HAVE PURCHASED

I’m so pleased with my Henry Pet cleaner it has far more power than I expected it to have I’m loving it.
