Firstly, please let me assure you that I have no issue whatsoever with AO, I can't fault their service. However, please be very wary when buying this item as in the manual, which comes with it (too late as I'd already bought it), it states that there has to be a 30cm clearance above it!! If I'd have known this, then I wouldn't have bought it as I have limited space in my small kitchen and it has to go under a combi boiler, which doesn't have this clearance. So it intermittently, it now makes quite a loud noise and Russell Hobbs have washed their hands of the issue. Hence this will now shorten the life of it and I feel like I have wasted a lot of money.

I chose this unit over all others because it was the only one which appeared from the photos to have doors which would open within the 500mm width. Fortunately this was proven to be correct when delivered and unpacked! It was important for me as, due to the kitchen layout, it is located in a corner location of precisely 505mm width. Another plus point is that the unit can be switched on and off by simply rotating the thermostat dial to zero and then passing the detent position. With our previous freezer we had to turn the power off at the fuseboard for 4 hours after plugging it in to allow the liquids to settle, the power socket being inaccessible once the unit was in place. The rocker switch in the fridge compartment is for the fast freeze function so should normally be kept in the off position. It's too early to tell how reliable it will be but this product is very well made and quite stylish. I have registered it with Russell Hobbs for a 2 year guarantee. Definitely a happy customer!

Works well, looks good. Nice fridge freezer with easy to use temperature settings. A little skinny, but product dimensions are given in description, so my bad. I was particularly impressed by the customer and delivery service. The two guys who came, got it up two flights of stairs, unpacked and installed it and took my old one away... all in a matter of minutes. Excellent job.

This low frost fridge freezer is ideal for a small kitchen being 50 cm. wide and fits neatly into the space available allowing for space around the item. Most fridge freezers are wider and unsuitable for this reason. The instruction manual is clear so operating the item is straightforward. The noise level is quite low. I have noticed that the fridge door on the model I have closes with hardly being pushed. This model is a reasonable size for a two-person household. After one week from delivery, I am satisfied with this product.

This fits perfectly in my small kitchen, It holds a weekly shop, has a good layout of shelves and the the salad crisper drawer is most useful. The 60/40 ratio is perfect for me. It is very efficient and you hardly hear it running. Capacity adequate for a couple or single person.

Excellent fridge freezer. Looks superb in black. Very quiet and the interior LED light brightly illuminates the interior. Highly recommended.

For the price, its a reliable little fridge freezer, but it is quite small (especially the draw at the bottom of the fridge). The door is also quite low down so I have to bend to open either part, which is a bit annoying.
