Would not recommend this fridge/freezer. Ice forms constantly on the top of the back wall of the fridge. Spoke to someone at Russell Hobbs and they said it was because of going in and out of the fridge!!!! Never experienced it with any other fridges. Defrosted before going on holiday but when I came back ice was even worse. Fridge door had been closed for over a week. Took milk out of the freezer and put in the fridge. 48 hours later, there is still ice in the milk. Doesn’t matter which number thermostat dial is at. Have tried them all.

Stay away from this fridge freezer. Mine developed a fault when stuff in fridge starts to freeze on setting no2. Back panel looks like a water fall where it is constantly wet turning fresh food soggy. AO is no help at all refused a replacement and had to deal with the manufacturer. STAY AWAY

Firstly, please let me assure you that I have no issue whatsoever with AO, I can't fault their service. However, please be very wary when buying this item as in the manual, which comes with it (too late as I'd already bought it), it states that there has to be a 30cm clearance above it!! If I'd have known this, then I wouldn't have bought it as I have limited space in my small kitchen and it has to go under a combi boiler, which doesn't have this clearance. So it intermittently, it now makes quite a loud noise and Russell Hobbs have washed their hands of the issue. Hence this will now shorten the life of it and I feel like I have wasted a lot of money.

It was a lot smaller than expected which is disappointing as there are other fridge/freezers that are the same price and they are much larger. The shelf space is smaller as well. I felt as though the picture of it on the site was misleading.

It's ok, but noisy

Does what it says on the tin if you have small children who may pull on doors it isn’t very stable the door is tuff to open and therefore destabilise the whole fridge.

For the price, its a reliable little fridge freezer, but it is quite small (especially the draw at the bottom of the fridge). The door is also quite low down so I have to bend to open either part, which is a bit annoying.

Works well, set up is very simple. It is smaller than I expected (my fault for not measuring) it’s very quiet, overall great product
