The delivery was bang on time and the delivery men were very helpful and pleasant, the cooker is great but not the cheapest but you do 'get what you pay for' it looks great and works so well, I would recommend this range to anyone.

I like this cooker very much, however I was disappointed to find that it does not fit flush with my units. I have now become used to this fact........and the Pros outweigh the Cons. The colour is so bright and cheerful, and every thing about the cooker is really "solid" and that is why I have rated it as high as I have.

Only cooker I could find in this width which is dual fuel. Very disappointed that only 1 oven shelf supplied and no grill pan handle. Penny pinching by manufacturer to the extreme. So far performing ok but early days.

This cooker looks great in my new kitchen. I love the chunky 'stove' handles. Easy to use, quick to heat up. Only slight downside is that the hob doesn't have automatic ignition. Not cheap but worth the money!

The cooker was delivered and installed in under 2 hours and the installers knew their job. The cooker was very smelly for days after installation; and the upper oven's door not fully connected which required an engineer. Although the grill had a grill provided it did not have a handle or grip which we had to purchase. The cooker works well and looks the part especially in black with plenty of chrome effect. Initially we have relied on the op instructions to ensure proper use and have been impressed with the cooking times with the oven fan. Overall a good buy which we hope will give us years of service.

Excellent wee cooker. I ran a wee bit of brown silicon along a top edge gap to make cleaning easier but that's a minor detail. A food packet recommending 10 minutes for pizza actually takes about 7. The timer is a bit of a faff and Im not sure cooker time equals actual time. I have seen this on other cookers in the past as well. On the rare occasion I bake a cake I just use my mobile phone timer. I'm about to buy a second one for another flat.

I’m very pleased just one thing people should take in to account you have to keep it off the wall about 2 inches for top to open but great cooker I’m very happy.

The best cooker I have ever bought great value for money would defiantly recommended this cooker to anyone.
