I love it. So much space to organise everything. Good use of door space in fridge. Very quiet and looks good. Can't fault it so far.

the water and ice dispenser has no drain compartment, so if you have kids and there glass over flows it will pour down on the floor on the fridge .same with ice cubes . Such an expensive fridge but such a silly design FLAW !

We thought our old fridge perfectly adequate - and bought this new one as we though the old freezer was well passed it's useful life. We hadn't realised how much cooler a really well functioning fridge / freezer was though! Got to working temperature really quickly. MUCH bigger capacity and far easier access than our old larder fridge. The grandchildren love the ice.

We have just replaced our older model Samsung for this one, as we moved house and left the old one behind as part of the sale. Some things have been updated and we are loving the changes. The handles are now at the side of the door instead of the front, which helps keep it cleaner and looking nicer, no dirty finger marks on show. Also love the little post drawers on the fridge and freezer to put things in and take out without opening the drawer fully. All in all the best fridge freezer out there, in my opinion.

Purchased to replace my 12 year old Samsung side by side freezer based on previous model reliability & as a ‘Best Buy’ tested by ‘Which’. Nice that the handles are now integrated within the doors rather than external. Good capacity within the fridge/freezer although the bottom drawers in both are a little tricky to open as mentioned in the test report. The water filter is now external rather than the more accessible internal style on my former model but should only require changing twice a year. Sleek, stylish finish.
