A great product and lots of space inside. The only downside is that the depth of the doors requires a big gap at the sides and is not flush with kitchen cupboards.

Overall we are pleased with the fridge freezer but there are three problems. When the water is dispensed, it often misses the glass as it is badly placed. The shelves are so high that we have had to buy separate boxes. There is one less draw than than the previous model, which also causes difficulty storing enough fruit and vegetables.

We had the older version of this fridge, we were amazed how much more usable space there is internally, yet it fit into the same space where our old one came out,! The only thing I’m not over he moon with is the ice dispenser it seams to take ages to release the ice? You get used to it after a while! Just read a book or watch a episode of Coronation Street??

Good product - an upgrade on our old Samsung American fridge freezer. Very quiet - fits in a lot of food.

Really pleased with it. Good water and ice dispenser. Shows the finger marks a little easier as there are no external handles but nothing that can’t be wiped away. You do need to make sure you have the space for the doors to open fully otherwise you will have difficulty opening the draws at the bottom of both the fridge and freezer. The water filters are no longer inside so make sure your pipe is located next to the fridge and not behind otherwise your fridge will stick out from the wall more. Would definitely recommend Samsung American Fridge freezers as it is spacious and good quality product

Good functional efficient fridge & more space internally than our previous one. But Samsung have removed a few features from the older models which is annoying. For example no proper drip tray beneath the water/ice dispenser anymore. External water filter which is harder to access when it needs to be replaced as the whole fridge needs to be pulled out to access. No metal wine rack (shelf) like our old Samsung either :-(

Had a Samsung American fridge freezer for years but this one tops the lot . Very quiet , fantastic storage capacity and state of the art but simple to use ice/ water dispenser . Cannot fault this product at all and would recommend it to anyone . Excellent value for money too . Always buy from this company but this delivery and communication before and after was really great !
