My expectations were met. Great product and easy to setup. I had problems fitting the filter but called customer services and they stepped me through the process. Lovely looking fridge, huge fridge space and good size freezer. Love the water and ice dispenser, couldn't live without it ! 5*

AO.com are advertising a manufacturer's warranty of 5 years, but I've just registered mine and it's stating only 2 years. That leaves a bad impression when customers are being offered AO's own paid-for cover. Great design, great use of space. Glad there's deep door shelves for big milk cartons.

Cracking fridge/freezer better than my last one made by leisure. Quieter, better storage only complaint is there no wine rack.

Great, perfect for what we needed quickly, does lack a wine rack, but i bought some stackable ones to fit, so takes care of that! Good size internally both fridge and freezer. Cant fault AO for price, service and delivery

This was a replacement and I'm generally happy with it but there is something which would of stopped me purchasing this device had I realised. For some reason Samsung have changed the filter from a simple unscrew from the inside top right of the fridge to an external fiddly fitting that for many will entail dragging this large appliance out into the room. Consequently I say give it a miss.

There is plenty space in the fridge with four generous shelves and two drawers. There is ample space in the door compartment. The digital display is also very handy. The freezer compartment is also generous with four shelves and two drawers. The continuous supply of ice cold water and ice is a bonus in the summertime. The only downside to this appliance are the door handles. They are recessed into the edge of the doors and the vacuum created could make it difficult for a less able bodied person to open the doors.
