Excellent delivery during the current lockdown. We chose this as we already have a Shark vacuum cleaner which has served us well for 3-4 years now. Early days for this steam mop, but so far much better than our old model.

Never had a steam mop before but needed something to clean my laminate flooring properly. Very easy to assemble and use . Quite hard work though picking it around - so you get a good work out too whilst doing the housework ! Great product. Great delivery from AO too - would highly recommend .

I’m really pleased with this mop. It heats up quickly, steams efficiently and leaves the floors almost dry. The hand held is really versatile and cleans everything including grout so much better than my old one did.

Very easy to order had just what I needed and delivered on time, no messing around will definitely purchase from here again. The item is perfect so easy to use, put together in minutes and used straight away. It gave peace of mind as have similar products in the past and they weren’t fir for purpose.

There is really nothing to dislike about this steam mop.It is very well made .Easy to empty,and the filters easy to clean .lt does an excellent job and folds up small to store.This is by far the best cleaner l have had.

Bought the cheaper mop before this one it was ok but didn’t have the power of steam this one has. This steam mop is the beat I have ever used and would definitely recommend anyone to buy this if your looking for a steam mop.

Easy to use, good compliment of attachments. Only gripe is unable to get replacement pads for the small handheld attachment.
