Before buying this product make sure you check the reviews on the shark website. I have had an issue where the water cap has broken and it seems to be a reoccurring issue on all of the reviews on the shark website. The mop itself is great but the water cap broke within 5 months and I’m now in a process of getting a refund from AO (ao where great about it and arranged a collection for the broken mop & refund straight away).

The seal cap for the water tank eroded pretty quickly so now I can't screw the cap on or use the mop without the water flying out. Apart from that the steam mop worked brilliant up until that point.

The steam mop and handheld are great. It is advertised with a garment steamer but there isn’t one in the box.

Recommend this item from family member must say very pleased with it cleans tiled floor and hardwood floor very nicely .

Easy to use Would prefer a bigger water tank

Actual mop is good. The cap on the water tank is very flimsy and disintegrated on the first one. Shark difficult to get hold of so AO readily replaced

Brilliant steamer it has brought our tiled floor up beautifully. I love the hand held element as well its bedn great for cleaning the bathroom. It is however slightly cumbersome to use but the results are worth it
