I have been wanting to upgrade a much older Lakeland steam mop and after much research decided on this model as I wanted to steam clean bathroom tiles as well as tiled floors. This certainly does the business and I am pleased with it overall. My only niggle is that the lead should have been longer as I need an extension cable to plug this in when I clean my shower/bathroom wall tiles which I hadn't anticipated before buying. It is also much heavier than my old model which might be an issue for some people and I do agree with other reviewers that this model does not stand upright and needs to be propped up which again is a minor irritation though not a deal breaker for me.

The Shark Fick Flop steam mop is fantastic. Two mop heads and it leaves the floors clean and dry. Would recommend this mop.

Excellent steam mop bought for use on tiled floors. Easily flips over for boost of steam on dirtier areas. Light weight, easy to fill with water and has larger water compartment. Very pleased with this product. Would highly recommend. Long lead and has additional tools. There’s nothing I don’t like about this steam mop.

Easy to use lightweight heats up quickly .

Easy to use and cleans very well. The only negative is that the lead could be longer. Love it.
