Easy to use, good compliment of attachments. Only gripe is unable to get replacement pads for the small handheld attachment.

Bought the cheaper mop before this one it was ok but didn’t have the power of steam this one has. This steam mop is the beat I have ever used and would definitely recommend anyone to buy this if your looking for a steam mop.

Excellent piece of equipment, easy to operate, user friendly instructions, and does what it says on the box. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I’m really pleased with this mop. It heats up quickly, steams efficiently and leaves the floors almost dry. The hand held is really versatile and cleans everything including grout so much better than my old one did.

Never had a steam mop before but needed something to clean my laminate flooring properly. Very easy to assemble and use . Quite hard work though picking it around - so you get a good work out too whilst doing the housework ! Great product. Great delivery from AO too - would highly recommend .

I love this it's so simple to use and works great on the floors ive also used it to steam clean my oven which is now perfectly clean without the use off chemicals ,it also works great on the windows too it has made my cleaning routine so much easier .the only slight issue I have with it is it can be quiet heavy .

I used it for the first time yesterday. It was great but a little on the heavy side but when I started steaming the floors it seemed to float and not seem so heavy. All in all I am very satisfied and my floors look great.

I found it heavy and awkward to use!
