Not only does it offer a range of changeable parameters so that you can you adjust to get your perfect espresso, it's also aesthetically pleasing, and straightforward to clean and maintain. The box comes with multiple filters (and a note on what type of coffee to use with each one), a damper and precision razor (for compacting and skimming the extra grounds off your shot), and a jug to steam the milk in. The very few 'con's to this item are the weight (if you plan to store it and get it out the cupboard when using it, it's heavy), it's fairly loud when dispensing a shot, and if you aren't well versed in espresso, it can take a long time to tailor the perfect shot. However, for the price, quality, and performance of the machine, we love it and would definitely buy Sage again.

A great machine, looks good, well built and the coffee is far superior to that of previously owned Italian machine, a bit tricky to master but when done it is amazing.

If you want to make great coffee and are prepared for the little bit more trouble it takes to use a manual machine then this would be perfect. Good price and very fast delivery.

The Barista Pro is a lovely machine, both stylish and well made. The other joy is that it is easy to use giving great results. The only disappointment was the milk jug for such an expensive machine a cheap jug, with poorly marked fill levels and no temperature gauge?

Well we’ve waited a while to get a good coffee machine, Barista is our new baby(well my husbands) Experimenting with lots of coffees, as you do. It makes a good cup, easy to use, easy to clean and gives a good froth from the steam wand. Excellent quality.

I've been looking for one of these for a very long time. Having tried the usual off the shelf machines I was never satisfied. From day one this was my best purchase in years. Great coffee everytime. It's not fool proof but trial and error will produce dividends.

Relatively simple to use with good tasting coffees as a result. Just had it a week but on results so far I would recommend. To make frothy milk I would suggest a jug thermometer as it takes the guess work out of it.

Been using this now for over a week. The trick seems to be in the quality of the beans you use but it's enabled me to make great coffee straight out of the box. It looks great, cleans easily and enhances the kitchen. So inspired I've already signed up for a local latte art course.
