Early days yet but I wouldn't say it's the best thing on earth. Nice looking, good grinder but for the price I thought there would be features for everything and every type of coffee. It's a simple machine, grinds - makes coffee, steams milk. Manual adjustments are good to have though. Good machine but for the price of it, I'd get a cheaper one if I was honest.

This is our first bean to cup coffee machine purchase so we spent a lot of time researching before deciding on this model. On taking it out of the box and setting it up it seemed a little daunting but having followed the instructions it’s quite easy to use, especially with the lcd display. It also looks very attractive on the kitchen counter so that’s a bonus!

Very good product. Did a lot of research before I bought the machine - was a close decisions between this machine and the express but managed to get the pro on offer so went with this one in the end given the slightly better features. Getting used to dialling in can be quite a learning curve but worth it in the end. I would recommend this machine if you are willing to stump up the price.

A great machine, looks good, well built and the coffee is far superior to that of previously owned Italian machine, a bit tricky to master but when done it is amazing.

Brilliant product but a little difficult to use.

Easy to unpack and set up. Getting some nice results now, but after having a fully-automatic Gaggia machine for over 15 years I found it a little tricky to get used to: there are lots of variables to fiddle about with ! The online masterclass has helped, though.

The Barista Pro is a lovely machine, both stylish and well made. The other joy is that it is easy to use giving great results. The only disappointment was the milk jug for such an expensive machine a cheap jug, with poorly marked fill levels and no temperature gauge?

As with other Sage coffee machines I’ve used in the past, does everything it says on the box except frothing the milk. I’ve tried full cream, semi-skimmed, UHT and fresh, but none seem to froth the milk like my friend’s Sage machine does. Maybe I just need to keep trying!
