Excellent build quality, great coffee

Very good product. Did a lot of research before I bought the machine - was a close decisions between this machine and the express but managed to get the pro on offer so went with this one in the end given the slightly better features. Getting used to dialling in can be quite a learning curve but worth it in the end. I would recommend this machine if you are willing to stump up the price.

Super happy with the machine. The design is very sleek and the whole unit has become a feature in the kitchen. Coffee wise I’m glad we chose this and not the touch version as it’s more interactive in the finer details. If you quite enjoy getting geeky with the grind types and frothing the milk it’s a big plus! Delivered bang on time. Brilliant

Hard to set up but once you have it’s fantastic make sure you have plenty of beans to calibrate

Having chosen this model after much research and as our first bean to cup machine, I can honestly say we have no regrets! After initial set up, it is easy to use and fine tune to make the perfect cup, whatever your preference. I'm really fussy when it comes to coffee too so delighted to have found a machine that is so consistent with the quality of taste. Feels like a true coffee experience. Looks good too!
