Great product and value for money. Would recommend this oven.

Easy insillation. Really easy to use, heats up so much faster than our old oven. Like the controls soft touch, like that the temperature is displayed digitally. Very easy to clean, has to be a positive. Would recommend.

The oven is totally different to the one that has been removed. It is modern, touch controlled and efficient. Quiet in use and unassuming to look at - so much more capable than the one we had before.

We've had this for about a week now, and I'm very happy with it. We rotary roasted a chicken last night which was AMAZING! I only gave it 4 stars because it is quite complicated. There are so many settings that I will need the instructions manual to hand for a long time. That said, the extra functions are going to be useful. It is complicated when just working out how to roast a chicken and roast potatoes.

Very quiet oven with a wire rack , baking tray and a grill pan . Lots of functions, some I am sure I will never use!! Had it a week and do find it quite difficult to set oven function and timer , the instruction manual is not very clear. A bit complicated!! Sure I will master it eventually . Overall pleased with it . It came with £50 cashback and was told I would receive an e mail to claim it back, nothing so far , a week after purchase , so will have to chase this , a bit disappointing.

After years of my wife complaining I looked around for an oven and unfortunately chose one which would have caused major problems to install. AO made the whole process easy to cancel one and allow me to purchase one which met our needs. Boy am I glad they did because the new oven is just great. A bit more complicated to use than the old one but all the technology is there and as I say this oven is hot. Perfect choice for our family.

Good oven, wish that Hotpoint provided more than one wire rack for it though!

This oven is much better than our previous one, we have only used for a couple of weeks but it seems to be doing its job well; timely delivery, good service from AO.
