First of all, the service from AO was exemplary, delivery prompt and polite, easy to fit, no problems there. And it works fine. So, why only 3 stars? First of all, the alarm to indicate it's finished is far too quiet in a noisy kitchen. It's easy for things to get overcooked as a result, and this seems an entirely unnecessary flaw. Secondly, it's fiddly to operate. You can't just turn it to a temperature and bang, it's on, you have to go through 3 or 4 levels of choosing and confirming. Thirdly, only one rack provided. Feels a little stingy. Finally, there seems to be no way to use the timer without the oven on - I've always used the oven timer even when cooking on the hob only, and again it seems silly not to include this functionality in what is not an especially cheap oven. Not, I guess, that I'd hear it anyway.

Great oven,cut some cooking times in half so must be saving a load in electricity,very efficient,taking me a little while to grasp all the different modes but it's worth the effort,love it.

This is a great oven. Controls take a bit of getting used to but it heats quickly and looks great. Could do with another rack shelf. Bought this with matching microwave.

Looks fabulous and excellent value for money. The oven has many optional settings and best of all, the light switches on when you open the door any time.

Just awful. Operating buttons are not back lit so you need a torch/ phone light to see what you’re pressing. Have to press an “ok” button for every command- which you can’t see as it’s not backlit. Temp button and timer button not back lit. Seems small issue but a complete pain. Cooker itself is less than useless- uneven cooking even with fan in operation. Then the cooker beeps at you continuously until you press OK again- often for unfathomable reasons- or it keeps beeping! Needed a matching over/ hob etc quickly - this was all that was available post covid - across multiple stores- had it less than a year and am pulling the lot out and replacing. It’s the most laborious oven I have ever bought - not really fit for purpose.

This was a replacement for the oven that was faulty. We like this oven as they are very straight foward easy to use. They are cheap to run as they do not use a alot of enertgy and are very effient. To be honest once you have had one then you can only replace like for like as they are that good.

Because it has a plug it was easy to fit myself without having to pay for an electrician; needed a hand from another person just to fit it into the space vacated by the old oven, but after that it was simple to follow the installation instructions. Make sure you "burn off" the insides (run the oven for an hour without actually cooking anything) as there is initially a strong smell which may contaminate food. Apparently this is normal with new ovens. Very useful range of features, but not overly complicated (Do you really need an oven you can switch on using your phone?) with less things that can go wrong, i.e software. Still getting used to it, but very happy so far.

It's certainly a nice oven - but in my experience, not reliable / durable. The main heating element on ours stopped working after 15 months. It's going to be over £120 for an engineer to come and look at it and fix it, which is poor for a product we purchased so recently.
