good value and good coffee and easy to operate

We were looking to invest in a decent coffee machine. After doing our research and checking the reviews, we decided to go for the Swan model. It’s easy to see why the reviews are so positive! This machine is super easy to use, operates smoothly at low volume and has clear visual appeal. We love the nostalgia hit from the avocado green (I remember my mum having a mixer the exact same colour from the 70s!) You get a delicious coffee every time and It is really well priced for what you get- even better if you can get it on offer at AO!

Looks good easy to use only down side is getting the ESE pads, can only get them online .When I ordered was told you can get them anywhere but can’t get them in supermarkets

A bit faffy with the preheating but you soon get used to it. The water pumps too quickly - it would be better if it took more flavour from the coffee going through more slowly. Steaming the milk is quick and very effective- I never got it so frothy! Took a while for the taste of the machine to go- I suggest flushing through at least 2 tankfuls (some through the steam wand) I have to take the tray off to get a full sized mug under the coffee spout. But still, after 2 weeks now it’s growing on me…

Brought it as a birthday present for my husband. He absolutely loves it! Very reasonably priced for an espresso machine

Really disappointed with this product. Looks metal in the pictures but is actually plastic and feels flimsy. There is no one press button for espresso delivery, you have to stand and watch water dispensing and assess if you have enough.

Very good BUT should have came with a jug for Milk steamer
