They wouldn't stay in my ears for more than 5 minutes before falling out and I end up chasing it down the road. This was just under normal use, exercise was out the question. I tried all the tips supplied and bought memory foam tips to try. None of these worked. You can only receive refund of 45% as they are used, despite not being functional. Beware that you might have this issue and there is little recourse if you do.

The design, charging, fitting, appearance and comfort are excellent. The loss of one star is due to the fact that reference was made to a third microphone which would enable external conversations. I am partially deaf and had hoped that I would be able to enjoy the advantages of Hearing Buds2 without having to take them out, to put my hearing aids in. This I cannot do. I would be obliged I you can tell me how to turn the 3rd microphone up, or modify the software to enable this to happen. I would appreciate a response. Overall, the Buds2 are excellent and I would highly recommend them. Regards Gramps

These are beautiful earbuds, I have wanted a pair of Samsung earbuds for a long time but I couldn't justify the price tag, but I decided to push the boat out and I am not disappointed, I should have invested in samsung in the first place! The sound is amazing, the build quality is high, they are beautifully made and such a nice lilac colour. The earbuds connected to my samsung straight away, I had nothing to do, it was so simple. They easily have a continuous playtime of 6 hours and when I fall asleep with them still playing there is no loud announcements about recharging the buds (unlike cheaper unbranded versions). The noise cancelling works well enough to block out my hubby snoring, so we'll worth the price just for that haha. With draining the buds every night the box holds its charge for about a week, which I think is amazing! These buds are really comfortable to wear too, they come with a couple of different sized rubber ends so you can get a really good fit, when you first try the buds on, the phone actually tells you if they are a good fit or whether you should try the other rubber sizes! These earbuds are extremely good value for money, I would definitely recommend this product as I am very pleased with my purchase ??

Matches my Purple phone perfectly. Good fit once I changed the size of the earbuds and music sounded great. Only issue was I couldn’t get the app to work as it is not compatible with iOS but buds seem to be fine without it. The only thing I’m missing out on is the fit check which judges the Noise Cancelling. Hopefully an iOS version will be available soon

Suprasingly good bass and battery life, i used to bigger over ear headphones but this little ones with good eq are really well banging.
