After less than 3 months use the right bud started emitting a high pitched noise during use and the other bud was barely audible. Sent it to Samsung for repair under their so called 'warranty' and they said they don't work because of 'dust and wax' and that it wasn't covered for repair due to 'misuse'. Honestly don't waste your money. This is the second pair of Samsung buds I've had and both stopped working after a few months. Waste of time, money and terrible customer service from Samsung.

Didnt work and nor did the second set. AO was very good on replacing them and I got full refund in the end which I spent with them on a different brand.

Noy the best spund quality i should of got the galaxy buds pro 2 instead also because of the size of them they keep getting stuck in the old lug holes but lesson learned get the pros next

They wouldn't stay in my ears for more than 5 minutes before falling out and I end up chasing it down the road. This was just under normal use, exercise was out the question. I tried all the tips supplied and bought memory foam tips to try. None of these worked. You can only receive refund of 45% as they are used, despite not being functional. Beware that you might have this issue and there is little recourse if you do.

Mediocre anc. Connectivity issues with non Samsung devices.

Was very pleased with the Samsung ear buds.It is a gift for my daughter.Excellent price saved £34 compared with other stores.

Sound is ok, noise cancelling is very poor and is nowhere near Bose or Sony. Will not recommend if it was not for the cashback offer.

Great little earbuds with a good sound and bass response. Three different tip sizes allows goo fit in all ears. ( I found the smallest ones suited me best). Not the cheapest but by far not the most expensive, all in all good mid-priced earbuds. Nothing to not like.??
