Don’t have it for a long time, but I am happy with features it provides.

The look of this phone is awesome! Plus transferring all of my data, photos... almost everything from my old phone was easy as can be! Just download an app, hook them both up with the provided cable and wait a bit. Done! Can't complain at all!

Nice and slick. 128 GB of storage. All Damsung Apps and Google Drive can be efficiently passed over from your previous Samsung phone.

I didn't realise how much I needed a new phone! Transferred everything over from my old Samsung using smart switch so very easy. Even remembered some of the passwords I had saved and put all the apps in the same place. Touch screen is very sensitive so takes some getting used to. I bought when Samsung did a promotion so good price too. Love that it is not too big. Same size as my previous S9.

Bought this for my husband's birthday as his previous one was very old, he loves it !! Arrived securely packaged & a week earlier than expected; the phone itself was very quick to set up and very user friendly... so easy to use I treated myself to one too !!

Could have been better. Doesn't come with charger, so had to spend £30 more for that. Sometime glitches, but ok most of the time. Wanted to return it, but A.O won't give back full refund, so careful when u buy. They will say you can return it anytime in the next 100 days for full refund, but read small print it will tell you that if u open the box you won't get full refund. I'd say spend a little more and get the s22 ultra or go for the OnePlus 10t
