Quick delivery. However, it's not stated anywhere on the description that this is originally a European phone that has been opened, had the firmware changed to suit UK market, and resealed for sale. This explains the lower price. I think it is misleading to keep this information from the customer until they receive the phone. Mine was sent back.

Could have been better. Doesn't come with charger, so had to spend £30 more for that. Sometime glitches, but ok most of the time. Wanted to return it, but A.O won't give back full refund, so careful when u buy. They will say you can return it anytime in the next 100 days for full refund, but read small print it will tell you that if u open the box you won't get full refund. I'd say spend a little more and get the s22 ultra or go for the OnePlus 10t

I have always been a phone of Samsung phones, Good size, weight and much better cameras on this phone compared to the Galaxy 10. The finger sensor is easy to set up and use. Phone is very easy to set up and use. I also took advantage of AO.com price match promise so you can buy this knowing your getting great value.

It was the cheapest I found to buy online and delivered extremely quickly For this I thank you. But until it was delivered at no point did it say in the description online, that it was not an original UK phone or that it had already been opened! It was originally destined for another market, so it had been opened and had the software wiped and a different software for our market added to the hand set then sealed again. If I didn’t need a phone ASAP due to breaking my other one it would have gone back. The phone was very temperamental to start with, crashing and lagging but it seems to have settle down. I am not sure if this is due to the original software been overwritten or not but seems to be okay and working for now. For this I wouldn’t buy or trust to get another phone from you. The three stars are for the price and quickness of the delivery not the hand set.

Absolutely great phone, good size and weight and much better cameras than my previous Samsung S8. I can use my fingerprint to access all banking and sensitive material easily, it quickly recognises my print on the screen (the sensor on the back of the S8 was useless!) Your pin can also be used if required as the keypad appears in the background too. The S22 is much cheaper than the S23 and has many of the same functions, so I love it.

Brought the S22 to replace my S7. I was reluctant to change as S7 is still working fine. Really like the size of the S22 as smiliar to the S7 and set up was very easy. Great phone and pleased I eventually changed. All as described.

It is a very light smartphone, you can hold it in your hand very easily and it keeps the battery high
