This is my 3rd Bosch dishwasher. I had the previous one for nearly 10 years and was pleased enough with that one that I went with Bosch again. Initial setup was very simple, including the smartphone app (I don’t use the app but I did set it up out of curiosity). Operation is simple and the dishwasher cleans and dries well. The dishwasher didn’t come with a cutlery basket. Fortunately we had the cutlery basket from the old dishwasher so we have used that but I’d have been disappointed if we didn’t have one.

This product has exceeded our expectations, we owned a Bosch machine before and thought that was good but the new machines clean better, are more economical and quieter. This model has a cutlery tray rather than a basket and this makes loading & unloading very easy, and also improves space on the lower cages for plates and pans etc. cages are also very flexible with easy height adjustment and plate holders that fold down to create more space. I thought the “smart” features would be a waste of time but have proven to be very useful for creating customised programmes and to get notifications of when the cycle has finished. It was also very easy to install, but beware the door fitting template and double check all dimensions first as the template can be a bit misleading.

Coming from AEG you can see the improvement in quality with the Bosch. Padding/Insulation around the product makes it very quiet when operating. Install instructions are easy to follow and include QR codes to video installation instructions which I found really helpful. The adjustable middle rack is really useful and can easily accommodate full size wine & pint glasses with loads of room on the bottom rack. The cutlery draw at the top takes some getting used too but is great for large & small items, it also cleans very well which I was a little hesitant about reading other reviews but so far so good. The Home Connect app is really simple to setup and use. Overall very impressed with this item and would definitely recommend.

The internal layout limits the combinations of what you can put in it at any one time (you cannot fit dinner plates on the bottom with tall glasses at the top for example) but other than that it appears to be a good dishwasher so far.

Does what it says on the tin. Not keen on cutlery tray on top, preferred the basket Tall cups and glasses don’t fit on middle tray because of cutlery tray. Otherwise, excellent

This is a great product full of really useful features. Well made, as is indicative of Bosch and easily operated; the instructions are clear and concise and the racks within are straightforward to use. I’d certainly recommend this Dishwasher to friends & family.
