Somewhat underwhelmed. Have unpacked the dishwasher and found that we cannot use the top mounted cutlery tray with our regular Riedel wine glasses below. Yes you can lower the upper unit to accommodate but then the washer arm hits our normal sized dinner plates. Contacted Bosch who were not that interested but happy to sell us a bottom mounted cutlery tray and wine glass attachments for an additional and not insubstantial cost. Unfortunately these items would take up much of the lower unit and leave little room for plates and pans.

Cleans well. Reasonably quiet. Had a good energy rating which - with energy prices - is more important than it used to be! Connects to home network easily although why one would want to start it remotely is a bit of a mystery! I'm used to separate cutlery racks but this one seems to have a rather non-intuitive layout. I purchased Bosch as my prior experience is that they are well made. Hopefully this will allow me to retain that perception.

I ordered a Bosch as they have never let me down before and it was replacing a decade old Bosch dishwasher that washed dishes perfectly every time. I’ve had 4 Bosch dishwashers before and you can tell the build quality isn’t quite as good, some of the stainless steel has been replaced for plastic but the control panel is of good quality and the buttons respond well. It’s early days but I’ve already taken to opting for the extra dry function as the cycle was ending and items were wet. Elsewhere it’s everything you’d expect, quiet, easy to install with innovative height adjusting feet etc. the height adjustable top basket is brilliant but also essential as the cutlery tray does take a noticeable chunk of space so large plates and wine glasses do tend to catch without adjusting the tray, so in conclusion, it’s a good solid product but pressure on the environmental impact of devices like this may have diluted the wash cycles from 5 or 10 years ago so it might feel in the early days that it’s not washing as well as an older device and I guess that’s progress. AO were their usual superstars from ordering to delivery. UK call centre can’t do enough to help you and the delivery team are always great.

We've had this appliance for a couple of months now and it is by far worst dishwasher we've owned in 40 years. It's really not that good at washing, dreadful at drying, unreliable connectivity and a pointless app. Oh, and the racks are starting to feel rather flimsy.

Washes well and I love the cutlery draw. Express wash is about an hour, my last dishwashers was about 30mins but it’s not the end of the world as I have been using the eco overnight.

We are very satisfied with our dishwasher it covers everything that we need in a dishwasher the cutlery shelf is fantastic as it frees up space in the rest of the dishwasher & can get more in the main body of the dishwasher.

Decided to go for a Bosch due to many people online recommending the brand. So far I'm happy. It really is quiet and the red floor light during operation is a nice touch. As much as I love smart home stuff, I didn't actually care for the WiFi implementation, but it had it, so I used it. They've actually done a good job here and offer you the ability to download new cycles, or even create personalised ones based on cleaning/temperature/time preferences. The phone notification for when it's finished cleaning is handy too, so you know when to open the dishwasher and let it air out/dry. The lower tray has plenty of wide plate inserts too, something we struggled to find on other dishwashers (our plates have ridges at the edge, rather than tapering like most plates). Installation was easy enough, though I think they need to improve the front door panel fitting system. It seems over engineered and too fiddly. Having the ability to adjust the rear foot from the front is a great addition too...Should be standard on every machine. All in all a great machine, if a tad more expensive than the competition. I paid more hoping it will last longer though... So we shall see.
