Had it for less than a month, already got the engineer coming out to it next week.

We've had this appliance for a couple of months now and it is by far worst dishwasher we've owned in 40 years. It's really not that good at washing, dreadful at drying, unreliable connectivity and a pointless app. Oh, and the racks are starting to feel rather flimsy.

We replaced a 15 year + old NEFF dishwasher (same as a bosch just different branding) that had served us very well but developed a small leak and rather than spend on on old machine that was probably near the end of its life we decided to purchase a newer up to date model. Having read the reviews we chose this one but after using it for a few weeks now, it is clearly not as good as our old one. The base is now plastic rather than stainless steel, the runners feel mnotchy and cheap, the adjustable centre basket if needed to be raised then makes it to shallow for many items and the cutlery tray is a bit of a faf compared to our old basket. The wifi is a bit of a gimmick as we are used to selecting the program and shutting the door - job done! having tried several programs we have noticed that even using extra dry the items are still coming out slightly wet, our ould one dryied the items much better but maybe it washed at a hotter temp? Service from AO from ordereing tghrough to delivery was second to none. We always use AO for our white goods and have never ben let down once. Unfortunately the same cannot be said of our new dishwasher. I guess this is progress!

Very disappointed with this machine and for a Bosch, build quality not a patch on my old Candy. Flimsy baskets and plastic parts, holds fewer items, not particularly quiet and contents are never dried properly. Wouldn't recommend and wish I had my old one back !

Somewhat underwhelmed. Have unpacked the dishwasher and found that we cannot use the top mounted cutlery tray with our regular Riedel wine glasses below. Yes you can lower the upper unit to accommodate but then the washer arm hits our normal sized dinner plates. Contacted Bosch who were not that interested but happy to sell us a bottom mounted cutlery tray and wine glass attachments for an additional and not insubstantial cost. Unfortunately these items would take up much of the lower unit and leave little room for plates and pans.

Really happy with this dishwasher, AO service is brilliant, delivery in 2 days and delivery guys really friendly and helpful

Does what it says on the tin. Not keen on cutlery tray on top, preferred the basket Tall cups and glasses don’t fit on middle tray because of cutlery tray. Otherwise, excellent

I think this is probably a very good dishwasher but we had a Miele before which was amazing and this just doesn’t dry as well and the glasses just don’t come out clean.
