    Not impressed at all.

    Lovely looking cooker, it was expensive compared to other cookers that had very similar features, but I thought that it would be worth it because of the brand. I’m not impressed at all in the month we have had it the stoves engineer has been out to it for two separate faults.

    Stopped working

    It stopped working shortly after it was delivered. Terrible inconvenience, I have a family of five to feed and my brand new cooker was not working. The cooker was delivered and installed professionally. After two days it stopped working. We initially thought it was a problem with the electrics, we ruled that out. The Stove engineer was adamant it was installed wrongly by the AO engineers. That was ruled out. AO we're very supportive following up on the issue daily and in the end offered a replacement but at that point I didn't want a Stove cooker, I opted for a different brand. They were happy to accommodate that.

    Hob faulty and no idea when engineer will be available.

    One of the gas rings does not work. I have been told an engineer will fix the issue but no idea of when at all. Quite a problem when you have a family of five adults to cook for every night. Extremely disappointed.

    Broken glass lid requiring repair

    Our new cooker was delivered and installed by AO who also took away our old appliance. The stove functions well and is clearly made of high quality materials. Unfortunately the glass lid is broken and does not extend fully backwards and clunks loudly when it is replaced downwards. AO take no responsibility for this and we are now waiting to arrange a visit from a Stove’s engineer to see if they can fix it. Not ideal with family due to visit soon and Christmas dinner looming!

    Expensive mistake

    This cooker has had very minimal use due to not operating properly. Having had the engineer out twice, switches continued to heat up, parts melted etc it was found not to have the fan connected by the factory. On going issues with parts being sent incorrectly. Expensive purchase that I wish I'd never made! Would never buy a Stoves cooker again. Only plus point is the customer service at AOL - they have tried to resolve problems with the Manufacturer.

    Problems from day 1

    This was a good looking cooker but failed to deliver. From day one both oven cavities would not stay lit. I had three engineer visits and the problem could not be solved. Whilst I still had the cooker I had to check at every 5 minutes to see if the oven was still on (the same for both ovens). Also, when either of the ovens were on the control knobs became so hot that you needed oven gloves to touch them. The control knobs were very difficult to clean. One of the engineers advised that they needed to be regularly removed and all the bits separated to be cleaned in order to prevent any sticking. In addition, lighting the hob needed two hands as you have to hold in and turn the control knob whilst pressing the ignition button. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and a great relief when I was refunded and able to change the cooker for a different make (Cannon) which has proved to be better in very respect.

    Over priced and did'nt work

    The main oven would not stay alight, the cooling fan on the top oven would cut in even when not in use when the fan switch off, the main oven wuold also go out. We exchanged this oven for a cannon which works well and was cheaper.

    Good product / wrong grill handle

    Love the cooker but only 2 star rating as we have not had the correct grill handle given with this product. Despite phone calls to AO and being told told to contact Stoves, we still do nt have the correct handle. Very disappointing!! AO were supposed to contact us again to see if we had resolved this with Stoves as they said it was their problem but have not done this. Stoves have not replied to our email and cannot get through on the phone!
