DO NOT BUY THIS OVEN. We've had it for about 5 months now and it is awful. The main gripe is that the fan doesn't shut off when the oven is off and it goes on when the grill is on, then runs for 20min when it's off. The kitchen is a noisy racket. There is a nasty rattle also that never fails to annoy when the fan is on. Additionally the burners aren't laid out right and you're always juggling pans around on the stove to try to get the right heat for the phase of cooking you are doing. Which? got it completely wrong then they gave this oven a top review, which we referred to when buying. Zero stars except that it looks good, but it looks as if I have to provide 1 to get the review to register

After a disappointing buy from another company, I decided to place a new order with AO. The customer service was excellent and AO price matched the new cooker. SMEG didn't disappoint. Really high performing cooker, which looks superbe in my kitchen. I had read some reviews saying the oven fan was noisy which made me hesitate. It's true that the fan is not the quietest but I've not found it to be a problem even though I have an opened kitchen / dinning area. Overall it's an excellent cooker and I couldn't happier with it.

Had it for two months now and seriously regret buying this model. Mainly because of the oven being an absolute hit or miss when it comes to temperature. It doesn’t heat the oven evenly. It doesn’t heat it to the temperature set The fab stays on for absolute ages after switching it off The cooker grills are a nightmare to clean. The gas knobs come of very easy. Would love to send this one back. Worse oven we have ever had.

Ordered this cooker as a relative has one and they said how good it was. It arrived, fitter fitted it and i must agree it is very good. I am very happy with how it works so efficiently and the food is cooked evenly, very happy. Just 1 niggle is that it only cones with 1 rack but i gave ordered another but think it should come with 2 racks aswell as the grill pan.

Bought as a like-for-like replacement although the new model only had one large oven with inbuilt grill instead of a separate smaller oven (which we never really used anyway) The photos don't really show the legs, this is a standard sized freestanding cooker but there is a large gap underneath the main oven and storage tray which is perfect for cats to hide under... The oven itself has a good range of settings and warms up quickly, there's also a great ECO setting which doesn't need the prewarm. Hob is as you'd expect, it comes with a pan reducer ring and a wok ring. Only real complaint is that the oven comes with a grill pan and just one shelf, which seems needlessly mean.

Got this to replace a 15 year old Smeg oven. This is almost identical but has been slightly improved and is better looking than the old one. Only feature that is a bit annoying is that it only comes with one oven shelf which isn’t enough and the shelves from my old Smeg don’t fit.

This seems to be so far so good but only had it 4 days. Much sturdier product than a cooker by another manufacturer which had to be returned. Excellent 5 star service from AO who are very helpful and accommodating.
