Used it twice and every time I use oven it keeps switching off. May have to call someone

Very disappointed with the service & product , original delivery broken, aol not at all proactive to correct or finalise the contract/ order- very disappointing

I love this cooker, however the booklet that came with it did not explain what all the extra bits were for. I had to download a manual on my phone and then send to a friend to print. Assumptions are made that everyone has good access to technology.

Good cooker, we’ll made and seems to cook ok. Does what it says on the tin.

Now having had the cooker for a couple of weeks we're pleased with the purchase. Getting used to the oven temperature settings compared to our old cooker. We like the design and the usage, the dials feel sturdy but need to get used to holding it in longer for ignition. Would have preferred a second rack but had noted that in other reviews so plan to purchase one in the future.

Nice looking cooker, good temperature control, l wok burner very good. Cons: for the price should have a least 2 racks not one. Oven switch should have more settings rather than 25 degree increments.

The cooker comes with 1 shelf and 1 grill tray which was disappointing. I really wish there were 2 shelves included as had to buy others. The instruction manual doesn't have information on the signs for the oven but these are easy to look up online. Overall, it works well once grill, standard oven, heating with fan etc are understood. Gas has varied speeds for frying/boiling, but not "very slow" cooking.

Expensive, not quite the same quality build of the previous model but works fine & does what it’s supposed to do. It benefits to by only requiring a 13amp outlet for its electrical connection. AO’s ordering & delivery service was excellent. Overall recommended.
