Good product so far, well packaged but build quality not so great, seals around the grill /oven are flimsy and installation requires an electrician or something because of the short electrical lead (I required an electrician and a gas engineer to install).

Really happy with the cooker - it did arrive damaged but AO service desk gave a suitable resolution. Note - that although the SMEG website says that the cooker comes with telescopic guides for the grill this is not correct; they only fit the oven! Not AO's fault - SMEG's website differs vs their promotional videos.

Looks beautiful and performs beautifully. It’s expensive compared to some rival products but it doesn’t disappoint, feels a cut above and will likely keep us feeling good about the decision for many years to come. Thank you AO.
