We purchased this a few weeks ago to replace a very old external vented tumble drier. Having checked, the power usage is about a third of the old one (not a Miele) which is great and it’s a lot quieter too - it will only take about 2 years to pay back the bigger initial spend Using this Miele drier is so easy. You select the program you want and then let it get on with it - it adjusts the time required after about 30 seconds and depending on how wet the load it and it’s weight sets the time needed so couldn’t be easier. Different to the condenser dryer I had for over 10 years, but you do get use to your clothes not coming out hot, which I prefer m. Bought this for better energy efficiency and cheaper bills. I was also getting fed up with my clothing getting holes because of the heat. So far I’ve used everyday and love it, I have other Miele products and they serve me well, so this was a no brain when upgrading.

Upgraded our 19 year old Miele vented dryer for this newer model as a package with a new washer. Expecting significant energy savings although cycle times are longer . Great build quality and quiet machine. Hoping this one last as long as the old one.

Great tumble dryer. Miele products are expensive but high quality and should last a very long time. Previous tumble dryer was 30 years old so this heat pump model is much more efficient and therefore cheaper to run.

Fantastic product. I’ve always wanted a Miele washing machine and tumble dryer and so had high hopes for them. Not at all disappointed. Very happy with both items.

Very impressed with the quality and finish of the machine. Very efficient and quiet and the added features and connectivity are a handy option. Machine is quiet in use, also very handy that it has an internal light in the drum so you can see clearly if you have missed anything. Fantastic buy!

It is fantastic. Really efficient, very quiet and I can use the water for the plants so a little eco friendly too!! Not sure what the app is like as I haven't been brave enough to try yet. I'm not sure why you would want to turn a dryer on when you aren't in the house either. I minor point it would have been better with an alarm when it's finished it's cycle but this may be in the app.
