So far I am happy with this dryer. Whilst it does have several drying settings there is not one for a mixed load which is a shame as most of my washing as mixed and I am worried that the cotton setting will be too hot. The "normal" dry setting does leave stuff a bit damp so I am finding I am having to go for extra dry - some settings do not allow this. It is certainly an improvement on my previous Bosch but I feel I am still learning!

Outstanding tumble dryer - so simple and easy to use and was very quick to install. Absolutely love it!

I've had and used Miele products for many years now and some of my family worked in the NHS UK and Eire so I am used to these products. My older Miele washer lasted 23 years and I replaced it with this type of model washer T1 Selection white. This T1 Selection dryer replaces an older Miele vented (hairdryer) type dryer, which still worked but was getting on (20 years) and was very expensive to run. I've only used this new dryer a few times but it effectively is a "heat pump/dehumidifier" in reverse, using the compressor motor heat to provide warmth to the air inside the dryer whilst it dehumidifies the moist air (heat pump technology) to remove moisture and dry the clothes. It is about 80% more energy efficient than my old Miele dryer and better for the planet too! It's a win-win! Also, the clothes come out super soft and don't feel scorched or over-dried. I would highly recommend it if you looking for a replacement dryer. Bonus, it's got a glass door which the old one didn't have.

Superb and good value Miele tumble dryer, exceptionally practical. Being a heat pump condenser, a newer technology, all it needs to operate is power (obviously) and optionally can drain into the same outlet as a washing machine. (Otherwise it has a water container which should be emptied after every load.) The fluff catcher needs emptying more often than on a dryer which vents hot air, but this is far more efficient, and that's hardly a major chore. Very neat, quiet, effective. A great buy.

2nd Miele dryer we have had - last one lasted over 20 years with no issues & used almost daily - definitely worth the money

Great heat pump dryer easy to work love the light in the beautiful honeycomb drum . Water empties easy as does the fluff filter matches my washing machine . Can connect via app to dryer too ?? what's not to love would highly reccomend .does take longer to dry than a vented dryer I have noticed
