This was a replacement for black one that had seen better days. I just love Hotpoint. My kitchen is all Hotpoint for the major appliances and they have lasted years working efficiently.

Terrible quality, have had for just under 3 years and most of the plastic clips have snapped that hold the drawers and dividers. It started buzzing very loudly and discovered it was completely frozen up inside the fan despite claiming to be frost free and "no more manual defrosting" total waste of money

Very difficult to open the door. You really need to pull hard and the entire unit tends to slid forward at the same time. I have the matching fridge that does the same thing !

Excellent product. So easy to become organised. Good selection of shelves and drawers. Wonferful quality!!!

Very nice product, exactly as described, lots of space so I don’t have to worry about squeezing the shopping in. The top two compartments are shelves with drop down door fronts for easy access.

Love this product .I am hoping it will last
