Great product, I fit it myself and it was easy enough to do too.

From purchase to delivery, everything was excellent! The machine itself, in beautiful titanium colour, is quiet as washing machines go and the ability to just press a button and the load is washed and 99% dry is just perfect in a small flat like mine.

It’s early days yet but it’s performing well, washes nicely and dries fast. The design is modern and sleek plus it is good value for money. Delivery was prompt and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to shop with AO again as I have many times before, always happy with the service.

This may be an unfairly low rating, and my dissatisfaction with this machine may be down to my own lack of research.... I thought that the wash programmes had variable lengths, they do not. For example, an ECO or Cotton load takes 3 and half hours, a mixed load over 2 hours. I work full time and I cannot factor in to my life this many hours of washing, there is also not the option to put a timed start so I cannot put it to switch on in the middle of the night to be ready in the morning for example. As a washing machine it does exactly what it needs to do, it just takes 3 times longer that I would like! I think it would be incredibly helpful for manufacturers to put the length of each cycle clearly on their descriptions. This has been a very expensive mistake.

Recently purchased this washer dryer after our last washing machine failed. We wanted a dry function this time round so did a little research on cost and capability and this Hisense 3 series ticked all the boxes. It’s been amazing as we’ve used it every day. It’s very quiet and the clothes come out ready to put away. I would highly recommend to anyone . 5??

Great product for rental flat. Tenants were very pleased. Arrived within 24 hours and was up and running immediately as they had just had a baby and the old machine went Kaput on them
